You can make a Will at any point in your lifetime. In fact it’s a good idea to get a Will made as soon as possible and then to review and update it every couple of years so every change in circumstance is accounted for.

Many people forget to update their Will when their circumstances change, for example when they move house, get married or divorced or re-married or change their name

The answer varies depending on how complex your requirements are.

  • Single Will from £150 to £600 plus VAT depending on complexity
  • Mirror Wills from £225 to £750 plus VAT for 2 mirror wills depending on complexity
  • Single Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA) £395 plus VAT
  • Two Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA) £600 plus VAT
  • 4 Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA) £900 plus VAT
  • plus Anti Money Laundering (AML) Check £6 plus VAT per person
  • plus Court Fee £82 per application and possible certificate provider fee
  • Notice of Severance £75 plus VAT
