The law of Wills and Probate is very complex and you are never safe relying on assumptions. We advise all clients to consider making a Will. Give yourself peace of mind by coming to see us about it.
The cost of making a standard Will is £95 (+VAT). We are sure you will find this money well spent.

There are limited circumstances, particularly for Family Law clients wishing to appoint a Testamentary Guardian,  in which we may be able to prepare a will for you at no cost to you on legal aid. We can quickly let you know if you qualify for this service.
